Congratulations on your phenomenal performances in 2023 American Virtuoso International Music Competition Winter Edition!

You stand out from all the competitive participants this year. And we are honored to greet you on your accomplishment!

If you have been selected as a winner, please fill out the information on this form accurately. Certificates will be issued to you and your teacher. The details for the 2023 AVIMC Winter Edition winners' recital will be informed via email once the Carnegie Hall confirmed the date, and all prize and honorable mention winners are eligible to participate.

You will receive either e-certificates or paper certificates, depending on your selection on the form. You can request for your paper certificates to be shipped to you at your own expense, to be mailed by March 31, 2024. e-certificates can also be obtained for free and will be sent to you via email by March 31, 2024.

You must complete the form by March 2, 2024. Failure to do so by this date will result in the winner being automatically issued an e-certificate, with no option to receive a paper certificate.

Please ensure that you select the correct payment method. If you choose incorrectly, such as opting for the US mailing shipping fee despite having an international mailing address, there won't be an opportunity for correction, and we will automatically issue an e-certificate.
